Message	conservative is to preserve existing conditions and limit change. On the other end liberal means to favor progression. Progression is to advance in general. liberal things are actually based on what will provide the most freedom for individuals guaranteed by law. For example a liberal soldier would always protect freedom of speech even if its an individual who wants to insult soldiers.
